In response to a new report issued by the MIAC and approved by Gov. Jay Nixon, the Constitution Party is determined to keep citizens on there alert while driving through Missouri. The report states that drivers displaying certain bumper stickers should be considered possible terrorist threats, citing political affiliations as the justification.
